- Overseas Shipping Rates vary from country to country. We can deliver to most of the countries worldwide, except Israel, Yemen, Somalia & Tajikistan.
- Orders placed on Friday Saturday & Sunday and during public holidays will only be processed the following weekdays/ working days. Please allow a minimum of 3-5 working days of delivery of products to customers

Return & Refund Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the purchase, we have a 7 days return policy upon delivery, and subject to the following terms and conditions:
- We only accept returns on manufacturing defect, damaged goods caused during the delivery process or incorrect item sent.
- Goods purchased during the promotion or clearance sale cannot be returned & refund unless the goods damaged caused during the delivery process.
- All items for return must be unopened, unused and have all tags (if available) attached in its original packaging. Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack have to be returned as a whole set.
- We are not liable for return parcels lost in transit; please ensure that the return parcel is packaged properly and you are encouraged to use a reliable courier service with a parcel tracking system when sending the return.
- This return policy does not apply to items which have been stated as Non-exchangeable and Non-refundable*.
- The shipping cost for return is borne by the customer.
- You will be notified through email if you have a refund. If you made the payment using your credit/debit card /online banking, we will refund the payment by STORE CREDIT within 3 working days.
Please contact us by email within 3 working days of receipt and provide a description and photos of the damaged item accompanied with original packing and all labels attached. Returned merchandise must be postmarked within 7 days from the date of receipt.
For all return requests, please email us at ([email protected]), including your contact details, Order ID and the reason for return. We will inform you once the item has been received and processed.
Customers can conduct an exchange of personal care products ONLY (fragrances are not available) within 7 days from date of delivery receipt with original packing and all labels attached. All exchange is subject to availability. If the exchangeable item is out of stock, the customer can opt for a full refund.
The shipping cost for the exchange is borne by the customer.
